Having been in martial arts most of my life, I can tell you that life is put into perspective when you hit the mat or get in the ring to spar. As for your "I'm tuff" comment: martial arts are incredibly humbling; all caps internet trolls are the least tough people in the world. I'm not going to tell you to be 'an hero,' but please go back under your bridge, quit criticizing what you don't understand, or do a legit martial art and learn some respect.
