Yes it was clearly a 3 round fight but ,honestly Justin lost that fight he was not sharp.
Roy Nelson is a fat slob and yet he made Justin miss with wild punches ,that missed by a BIG COUNTRY mile lol..Justin showed no wrestling,horrible wild striking,IMO if i was forced ,i would have given it to Roy Nelson,and i hate Roy Nelson lol.Also it was sad to see that Justin had less CARDIo than the fat slob,so ya Justin did not look good at all.Dana for once called it spank on and if it had of gone a 3rd Nelson would have won it anyhow.

Honestly, all these guys are out of shape, fat, lacking in talent, ambition an just plain crap compared to the real athletes of the sport.

Its making for some really bad fights, like a couple of drunks. Mitrione's fight was the worse, this one was marginally better.

I think TUF 10 had been embarrassing for MMA, in the past it's been amazing, this year is a real let down.
